We pride ourselves on operational excellence, efficiency, and professionalism across all divisions. We are now seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to manage financials, scheduling, and administrative processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Log employee hours across all managed businesses  

• Maintain accurate time sheets and performance reports  

• Prepare and send commission summaries  

• Handle account reconciliation and oversee expense tracking  

• Organise and coordinate meetings across departments  

• Prepare agendas, documentation, and follow-up summaries  

• Manage financial records across all Mic Drop businesses  

• Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies

REQUIREMENTS  

Essential Skills & Experience:  

• Proven experience in operations, administration, or finance  

• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities  

• Strong knowledge of accounting and reporting practices  

• Proficiency with spreadsheets and scheduling tools  

• High attention to detail and accuracy  

Preferred Qualifications:  

• Experience in multi-business operations  

• Familiarity with aviation, entertainment, or automotive service industries
